I am a survivor, and this is my story.

I have lived with Complex PTSD since 2014. My journey from survival to thriving will be life-long. My hope is that by sharing my story, others might find some benefit from it. Whether it is simply the feeling of knowing we are not alone, or if you might learn how to help yourself or another, may we all find more compassion for others and grow together.
