After practicing yoga for more than 15 years, I found healing on my yoga mat while recovering from PTSD. I completed the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training through CITYOGA, Indianapolis in July 2016. I have since found a passion for sharing this healing with others whom have survived trauma and look forward to continuing my journey with trauma-sensitive yoga teaching.
